Status of IWRM & Transboundary Cooperation in Central America

The report ‘Status of IWRM & Transboundary Cooperation in Central America’ reviews the status of water management in Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, and Panama, as part of the third round of evaluation of Sustainable Development Goals indicators 6.5.1 and 6.5.2.  In addition to highlighting progress made, the report outlines key challenges and enabling factors for advancing Integrated Water Resources Management (IWRM) and transboundary cooperation across the region.
