The Cascade online platform is an operational prototype system bringing together the latest data and information to track changes to water bodies and raise an alert where societies can be affected by their decline in health. It automatically harvests and transforms Earth Observation data into a set of indicators covering hydrological, water quality, and socioeconomic information. The data available on the portal is updated on a weekly basis.
