UNEP’s Freshwater Ecosystems Unit are recruiting for a UNV to carry out environmental monitoring and reporting in the water space.

As the world’s attention is increasingly turned towards the Triple Planetary Crisis – climate change, nature and biodiversity loss, and pollution and waste. Freshwater, along with the ecosystems it supports, is ever impacted by these crises…but through monitoring, managing, protecting and restoring such freshwater ecosystems, we tap into their necessary potential and diverse range of services that offer solutions addressing all three crises.
