This report presents the global baseline results on Sustainable Development Goal indicator 6.5.1, on the degree of implementation of integrated water resources management (IWRM). This report is entirely dependent on the substantial efforts and contributions of government officials and other stakeholders from more than 170 UN member states that reported on the SDG indicator 6.5.1 in the baseline year of 2017. The report analyses global findings and presents global status of implementation of IWRM based on the 172 country reports from 2017.
