The Flood and Drought portal enables users to access technical applications to support planning for flood and drought events. The data provided by the portal are near real time.

UNEP-DHI has been mandated by African Ministers’ Council on Water (AMCOW) to develop and maintain the web-based the Pan-African Water and Sanitation Sector Monitoring and Reporting System (WASSMO). The tool is used by AMCOW and the 55 Member States to monitor and report on water and sanitation sector.
